Sprayed plastics, urethane foams and hard coats are applied to a variety of substrate materials to create rocks, trees, waterfalls and almost any other surface an artist or designer can imagine.

Foam can be glued in sheets or blocks or sprayed on wire forms and then carved into almost anything. RIMspray (fire rated hard coat) can then be applied for surface protection.

Other application needs can be met with the application of fire rated epoxy and fiber composite coatings. Molds can be produced from a variety of modeling materials for the reproduction of multiple parts or components of larger works. Mold materials are either silicone or urethane rubber. Urethane foam in a large variety of densities and properties can be cast from these molds.

EpoxyComposites, fiberglass, Glass fiber reinforced cements and gypsum can be cast from molds. All of these products can be either filled with urethane foam or reinforced with sprayed foam to increase strength and reduce weight. Larger quantities of objects can be rotocast in urethane plastics to create seamless, hollow products or they can be filled with urethane foam.
