Beyond Design created many of the components used for the extensive restoration of Potawatami Casino. As you explore the tool bar above, you will see the trees, rocks, ice, honeycombs, beaded belts, and many more surfaces and objects. Our ability to determine the best use of materials allowed us to create very realistic surfaces and natural elements. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
“While Potawatomi Bingo Casino is about entertainment, it is also a museum of sorts, telling stories of the Forest County Potawatomi people and culture through artwork. The decor throughout the facility reflects many of the beliefs and traditions of the tribe and its history. |

The centerpiece of the gaming floor is the Circle of Life. The sacred traditions of the Potawatomi are based on the Circle of Life, a reverence for all living things and an attunement to Mother Earth. In the Potawatomi tradition, the Circle of Life parallels the changing seasons of nature. The Circle of Life, here at Potawatomi Bingo Casino, provides a one-hour simulation which features lightning, birds chirping, rain fall and even an appearance of the sun that causes the rocks to steam. The natural events occur in timed intervals that mirror the changing seasons. |
