This project was for a Childrens' Museums. The main armature for the head was built in place with plywood ribs and insect screen. We sprayed about 2 inches of urethane foam on the exterior to provide structure for the form. This was sanded to the final shape and then we applied RIMspray hard coat for fire and impact resistance.

The armature for the ears was fabricated in the shop and a similar process was completed. They were transported and attached when the final steps of the field construction were done.
