These “rocks” were framed with plywood by Black Walnut Scenic and covered with screen wire. We then sprayed several inchs of urethane foam and the Black Walnut scenics artist carved the rock texture from the various featured available in the sprayed foam surface. Beyond Design then sprayed RIMspray hard coat to create the “rock” effect.
