This was an 80 foot long dune created from plywood ribs and screen wire. We sprayed several inches of urethane foam and the artists at Showman Fabricators sanded and carved rocks and details into the surface. We then applied RIMspray to the carved surfaces for impact resistance. The final finish was a glue and sand mixture.
