The model for these trees was a single piece of pine bark found on a rotting tree stump. A mold was made of this section and with some creative fabrication a 4 foot diameter by 24 foot long tree mold was produced. A high strength urethane mold rubber was used with a fiberglass mother mold. Parts were created with RIMspray and with Fiberglass depending on the application.
