Tree Bark Column Covers & Rock Column Cover
A small 2 foot by 4 foot piece of Elm tree was molded to create the pieces of bark for this project. From this mold, an 8 foot by 12 foot urethane rubber mold was created. The column cover sheets were created with tinted, semi-flexible RIMspray and sprayed in hot molds so that the undercuts, some an inch deep, could be demolded.
