Our wide range of material capabilities and our mold making ability combine to produce a very large range of production possibilities. Casting in resins, foams and cements can produce the attributes required for many products.

Production runs can be a few parts or thousands and multiple materials can increase variety, reduce weight or cost. LuminOre can be used in a molded product to produce a metallic part with a plastic core reducing both cost and weight.
 
Gator Live
 
Foam cored composites with epoxy/fiber or polyester/fiber skins can produce extremely strong, lightweight parts and components. Our ability to apply sprayed urethanes as core materials gives us the capability to produce very large parts with very light weight and high strength.
 
Gator Head
 
The ability to integrate steel or aluminum internal structure provides attachment points and additional strength. 3D computer modeling and CNC model production can aid in the product development process and provide a more hands on environment for the designer in the model production phase.
