The Model- The whole robotic system was modeled in AutoCAD Inventor. Once the various molded components were designed, we used a 3 axis router to shape foam boards to create the model for the head components.
The model was created by gluing the various router cut components and finish sanding to achieve the correct form.
Molds - Once complete, molds were made in silicone for each part to be produced. In all, 13 different parts made up Audrey assembly.
